VALENTINE ORDER INFORMATION
The following information will be needed when placing your order by phone:
1. Your Name, Address, Telephone and Email.
2. Delivery Option -- One of the following:
- $60.00 Option -- delivered at the requested location between 8 AM to 5 PM (The specific time at our discretion).
- $80.00 Option -- delivered at the requested location between 8 AM to 5 PM (Within a 2 hour window)
- $100.00 Option -- delivered at the requested location between 8 AM to 5 PM (Within 15 minutes of a specific designated time)
- $120.00 Option -- delivered at the requested location between 6 PM and 10 PM (Within 15 minutes of a specific designated time)
3. Delivery Information -- Name to whom your Valentine is going; Example: (My Wife, Suzie Q. Jones) and Delivery Location address.
4. Message on the Valentine card for your loved one.
5. Emergency Telephone Contact (In case we encounter a problem with delivery).
6. Special instructions if necessary to aid in delivery.
